Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 August 2026

These are the terms that apply when you book a coaching plan or session with Euphonic Health, run by Patrick in Glasgow. By submitting the Get Started form or otherwise agreeing to work with me, you’re agreeing to these terms. If anything here is unclear, email info@euphonichealth.com before you start and I’ll happily talk it through.

The coaching plans

Nutrition Coaching, Full Coaching Online, and Full Coaching In-Person all run on a 4-month minimum term, billed monthly. This reflects how long it typically takes to see real results, and it’s a genuine commitment on both sides — I’m planning my time and your programme around it. After the 4 months, your plan continues on a rolling monthly basis and you can cancel any time (see “Ending your plan” below).

Individual sessions are one-off, paid upfront, with no ongoing commitment.

Payment

Monthly plans are billed monthly, currently by standing order set up from your own bank account. Payment is due on the date agreed when you start. Individual sessions are paid in advance of the session.

If a payment doesn’t arrive on the due date, I’ll get in touch to sort it out. If it hasn’t been resolved within 5 days, coaching is paused until the account is up to date. If a payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days with no response, I reserve the right to treat this as ending our agreement — this doesn’t affect your obligation to pay for the remainder of your minimum term, as set out below.

Ending your plan early

Because the 4-month minimum is a genuine commitment on both sides, there’s no refund for stopping a monthly plan early, and the fees for the remainder of your minimum term remain payable. I understand genuine circumstances sometimes come up — if that happens, get in touch and we’ll talk it through directly, rather than you needing to rely on a clause here.

Once you’re past your minimum term, you can cancel your rolling monthly plan any time by emailing me, with at least 7 days’ notice before your next payment date.

Cancelling or rescheduling a session

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. For monthly coaching, a late cancellation or no-show means that session is forfeited rather than rescheduled. For individual sessions, which are paid in advance, late cancellations and no-shows aren’t refunded. If something genuinely comes up last-minute, let me know — I’d rather hear from you than have you not show.

Your health and safety

Personal training and nutrition coaching involve physical exertion and dietary changes, which carry some inherent risk. By taking part, you’re confirming that you’re medically fit to do so, and that any information you give me about your health, injuries, or allergies — including in your intake questionnaire — is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. If you’re at all unsure whether you’re fit to begin a new exercise or nutrition programme, please check with your GP first.

Nothing provided as part of coaching is medical or dietetic advice, and it isn’t a substitute for care from a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Communication

Day-to-day coaching communication happens by email or WhatsApp. I’m not able to monitor these around the clock, so please don’t use them for medical emergencies — in an emergency, contact emergency services directly.

Your programme and materials

Training programmes, nutrition plans, and any other materials I give you as part of coaching are for your personal use only. Please don’t share, copy, or resell them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euphonic Health’s liability for any loss or damage arising from coaching is limited to the fees you’ve paid in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that the law doesn’t allow to be limited or excluded.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version published on this page is the one in force. If a change materially affects clients already on a plan, I’ll let you know directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes arising from them will be handled by the Scottish courts.
